Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Operations, I led the team that delivered platform hardware solutions. During a period of 15 months I managed 3 platform introductions and 12 line cards. I represented Product Operations in multiple cross-functional teams to improve processes to achieve much quicker time to market. Accomplishments include: Negotiated improved cycle time with suppliers of 3 day PCBA build and 7 days PCB build of highly complex boards Introduced new concepts on NPI processes, including Agile Implementation in hardware products Built trust with the Hardware team, Supply Chain, and internal customers. On a weekly basis I prepared and presented to Program Management teams and at Executive Review Meetings Led the team deciding on alternate suppliers, the timing of the introduction of new suppliers to drive cost optimization and risk reduction
