ABOUT LUIS CASTILLO

I am a Change Manager & Program/Project Manager who strives to add value to organizations by exercising strategic leadership and developing processes supportive of effective growth. I believe that giving equal attention to both the technical and human components of any initiative is key to a successful and sustainable outcome. I am experienced at effectively framing key objectives, guidelines and inherent activities to provide adequate clarity that reinforces the organizational vision and strategy. I have found that this approach results in increases in productivity, efficiency and cost savings/cost containment benefits, while also providing the people who are part of the initiatives with a good understanding of expectations and potential outcomes, and the support they need to change well. Experiences and qualifications aside, I feel that my strong work ethic, integrity, compassion and unwavering desire for success is what allows me to make positive impacts at an organization. I am constantly looking for opportunities for personal and professional growth and new ways to best support organizations and the people who drive them forward.
