Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide activities, campaigns, and events involving corporate and work-from-home employees. Works with the Communications leaders to help coordinate executive meetings and other tasks, and is responsible for working with the department to help organize all aspects of TriWest employee engagement coordination and campaigns. Proposes ideas and provides input to campaign themes, and drafts content for special advertisements, invitations, announcements, social media posts, and promotional materials. Helps coordinate TriWest\'s presence at certain external conferences and/or other special community and industry events, including details pertaining to registration, external vendors, product procurement and shipment, and tracking project plans and outcomes. May represent TriWest at corporate events and functions and takes an active role in helping ensure the success of Executive Operations and the Communications Department.
