ABOUT LUCY MYER
With more than 10 years of experience in the online employment sector, I am a Strategy Manager at SEEK, Australia\'s leading employment platform. In this role, I lead the development of strategic monetization initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction. I leverage my skills in program management, marketing communications and customer relationship management to create and design impactful solutions for our users. I also have a passion for mental health and social impact, and I serve as the Chairperson of The Dax Centre and SANE Australia, two non-profit organizations that provide support services, promote awareness, education, and advocacy for people with complex and persisting mental health challenges. As a board member, I contribute to the governance, strategy, and fundraising of these organizations, and support their mission to reduce stigma, increase access, and improve outcomes. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Melbourne, and I have completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I am a collaborative, creative, and customer-centric professional who strives to make a positive difference in the world through my work and leadership.
