ABOUT LUCAS DIVINE

I currently am the Strategy lead for Providence‘s Texas-New Mexico Region / Covenant Health System. The Texas-New Mexico Region consists of 8 facilities – spanning 4 cities across 2 states - with over combined beds, 70 ambulatory clinic locations, and over 6K caregivers – with gross revenue of $8.6B/year. I view health care as a unique confluence of finance, politics, and societal beliefs. And with this in mind, I apply my prior work in health care operations, health policy and analysis, and project management, in order to better understand the environment in which health organizations function and to develop and better position organizations to achieve their long-term strategic goals.
