I guess I am the exception to the rule because I love the folks I work with at RecruitMilitary, I love the candidates I am able to help find new careers and I love the employers I work with to find military talent for their staffing needs. If it gets better than that, someone please let me know how!Managing a DOD Skillbridge Program with a through-put of 100+ interns per year in four separate roles, serving interns from more than 50 separate installations, exceeding all DOD KPIs. Generating positive employment outcomes for more than 130 interns, to date, with an average starting salary of and a program aggregate of nearly $9 million in salaries.Delivered a weekly live broadcast on LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Live hosting thought-leaders and influencers from private and public sectors delivering lessons learned for veteran job seekers; produced 100+ broadcasts reaching an audience of more than viewers.Implemented a marketing plan which integrated social media, e-mail and outreach generating more than 600 applications and 90 new hires for SkillBridge internships in only 18 months.
