ABOUT LUÍS COCCO

I am a senior executive with over 30 years of international experience as CEO and Executive Board Member, leading organizations through complex transformation, sustainable profitable growth and strategic repositioning across technology, telecom, finance and healthtech.Throughout my career, I have combined strategic judgement with disciplined execution, working closely with boards, shareholders and senior leadership teams in demanding, highly regulated and listed-company environments across Portugal, Spain, Brazil and Africa.As CEO of Glintt Global, I led a multi-year transformation program focused on growth, profitability, governance and leadership development. This included defining and executing a long-term strategic roadmap, delivering record revenue and profitability, strengthening capital allocation discipline and overseeing multiple divestures, acquisitions and integrations across Iberia.My background in strategy and finance was built through senior executive roles at Glintt Global, Portugal Telecom Group and Santander Investment, and through my early career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and executive education from Stanford Graduate School of Business (EPSO) and INSEAD (International Diretors Programme).I am currently focused on new mandates as Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Board Member, where executive leadership, strategic oversight, profitable growth and long-term value creation can make a meaningful contribution.
