Cybersecurity Educator | Theoretical Cybersecurity ResearcherWith over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, fraud detection, auditing, and cybersecurity, I have dedicated my career to protecting organizations from cyber threats and financial crimes. My expertise spans roles in the U.S. Army, major U.S. financial institutions, and higher education, where I have led fraud operations, information security audits, and cybersecurity program development.Since 2004, I have been shaping the future of cybersecurity education, designing and leading one of New York State’s first cybersecurity and cybercrime programs at SUNY Herkimer County Community College. Under my leadership, the program achieved national certification from the Information Assurance Courseware Evaluation (IACE) and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS).
