My journey in aviation has been shaped by a lifelong passion for flight, inspired by my father and his colleagues in the Navy and major airlines, who have been exemplary role models throughout my career.I believe that effective leadership is built on trust, clear communication, and mentorship. Whether it’s leading a crew through a challenging flight or guiding aspiring pilots, my focus is on fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
