I design and build products and services, driven by qualitative and quantitative research, to minimize frustration and meet real human needs. I excel at cross-functional collaboration and use my expert facilitation skills and Human-Centered Design background to build consensus and project alignment inside multidisciplinary teams.I am passionate about one-on-one mentorship and, in my capacity as a leader, never lose sight of opportunities to nurture, encourage and inspire my team. I teach undergraduate design, in part, to better prepare students for the dynamic and demanding industry they’re about to enter. I am an avid reader and learner and get excited about opportunities to learn new skills and tools that expand my ability to deliver modern experiences to users.
