I help organizations turn data into confident decisions and measurable business value.As a data professional - my major roles have included- Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for an ERP Migration/Digital Transformation project (Helped an automotive manufacturer identify opportunities that resulted in ~$1.5M in savings by analyzing ERP data, automating reporting, and recommending next steps)- Solution Consultant at a BI Software Company (Acted as a technical adviser on Sales Calls - Generated $150K–$500K in ARR as a BI Solution Consultant by leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts for executive decision-makers)- Data Analyst at Sobeys (Supported a national supply chain by delivering data products that drove ~$34M in total savings.)Across each role, the focus has been on driving outcomes - listening intently and asking questions to uncover needs and potential opportunities- helping end users maximize their data to make decisions that drive profit. I currently work at ClicData, where I leverage these experiences to help teams unlock the full value of their data, to help internal efficiency, and/or to serve their clients/stakeholders better. Most of my day is spent talking to prospective clients, moving them to the best decision as efficiently as possible.I also write stories to explore workplace culture and ethics to help us navigate our complex intergenerational workplace.
