Oversight and management of the project portfolio and Enterprise Project Management Office. Monitor the project environment to ensure project management standards, methodology, stage gate process and tools are properly utilized throughout the organization •Collect, analyze and monitor project and portfolio data. Maintain and manage project portfolio information •Develop reports and perform analysis to highlight/forecast risks and issues within the project portfolio on a monthly basis to report to Executives •Ensure that the PMO aligns with the strategic goals of the Officers and NW Natural •Support, coordinate and contribute to the PMO by responding to internal requests for information relating to project status and financials, project management tools and process •Train project managers on PMO processes and required documentation. Create scope, schedule and budget documentation as needed. Assist with change management •Collaborate and facilitate communication between the PMO and stakeholders to continuously improve and drive the vision of project management and the PMO, as well as, Officer strategic goals •Manages the Intranet and SharePoint sites for the department and maintain project management tools, templates and instructions •Provide support to and run organizational projects as needed •Responsible for administrative and clerical tasks such as scheduling, logistics and travel arrangements •Interact effectively with project team members, project managers and staff at all levels of the organization •Assist with SOW’s and create purchase requisitions in SAP, as well as, process invoices •Manage and maintain PMO Hub, department, team and project sites •Assist with Rate Case documentation requests
