In this role I support the Chief Insurance and Distribution Officer in the development and delivery of the strategic agenda. I lead or support key strategic projects, perform market, competitor and M&A analyses, I drove the implementation of OKR methodology, prepare and facilitate meetings of the Insurance and the Distribution leadership team, and prepare presentations for the Executive Committee and Board meetings.From June 2024 onwards, I took on an extended role as Manager of the Group Marketing team. The main responsibilities of this team are taking care of the wefox website and social media channels, performance marketing, wefox brand, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
