Key Responsibilities Work with the Business Leaders to implement a companywide safety program that focus on behavioural changes at all levels. Perform workplace ICAM investigations. Perform workplace inspections and audits to ensure compliance across the site for OHS Act. Perform critical risk assessments to identify risk of high-risk plants, falling objects, fall from heights risk, mobile plants, hazardous materials, critical work processes & confined spaces. Provide Line Managers/OHS Committees with coaching and technical support to promote continuous improvement in safety culture and sustainability. Oversee the effective implementation of the injury management program.
