Since transitioning into the Smallgoods and Salami streams, I have led the rebuilding of the renewal pipeline and delivered data-driven insights to correct and realign benefit cases. My role focuses on improving operational performance by refining standard rates, updating BOMs, driving cost reduction projects, and enhancing reporting frameworks. I collaborate closely with operations, planning, finance, and engineering to support strategic initiatives and digital transformation efforts aligned with future financial years planning and execution.Main Responsibilities:• Built and validate the Smallgoods & Salami renewal pipeline• Coordinate with planners and project stakeholders to ensure project feasibility, risk identification, and timing alignment• Maintained alignment with finance, sending updates for AOP, CEP models, rates and yield data, and renewal reviews• Support change management and onboarding for CI team and project stakeholders• Develop and maintain new projects in Salami and Smallgoods renewal pipeline tracker for future financial years• Conduct and coach IGS (idea generation sessions), and lean/six sigma tools through different teams across both streams
