ABOUT LAURA BAILEY

Curious to find the problems, hungry to find the answers. My job lives on the bridge between sales and marketing. My team works to provide the data, tech and processes to drive leads into the funnel. I\'m a technical, data-driven marketing operations professional that has a passion for supporting sales and marketing. My experience in start-ups has led me to an environment of endless opportunities to learn, grow and contribute. I have a lengthy skill set stemming from personal interests that allow me to jump in where needed if a role is influx. My skills include marketing and sales tech implementation, training and adoption coaching, basic html, marketing automation systems (Marketo/Pardot), Salesforce admin, Sales & Marketing goal setting/accountability through monthly scorecards, data analytics to drive decision making, process definition and documentation, hiring and onboarding, lead routing, campaign and funnel management, lead and opportunity source management, territory management, data hygiene, persona and market segmentation, account based marketing, email marketing, designing and implementing engagement programs, landing page creation, experience with SQL and large dataset. I have experience building relationships between departments and within leadership. Experience in B2B SaaS, construction tech. I love my job and have enjoyed learning in-depth about the construction industry and processes. When I\'m not geeking out over data and tech, I enjoy camping and hiking with my family. We are history nerds and strive to visit every fort in a four hundred mile radius. What\'s next? I\'m looking for every opportunity to grow and gain experience. This year will be focused on leadership skill building, higher level operations growth and knocking our goals out of the park.
