As the Chief Advancement Officer at Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum (CBMM) since March 2023, I lead the strategic direction and execution of the advancement program, which encompasses fundraising, donor relations, marketing, communications, and membership. With over twenty five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have a proven track record of securing major gifts, increasing annual and planned giving, managing successful events, and cultivating strong relationships with donors, volunteers, board members, and community partners. Through my leadership, I have enabled CBMM to reach new audiences, enhance its programs and exhibits, and expand its impact and influence in the region and beyond.
