I\'m an authentic, values driven leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation, driving organisational performance, and leading high-impact teams across New Zealand’s health, and for purpose sectors. I believe leadership is about deep human connections, not hierarchy or ego. I always put people before the work. I love helping leaders reframe challenges, see what is possible, and move forward with confidence. I am a clear and inspiring communicator, a natural story teller and pragmatic problem solver. I simplify the complex and join the dots, helping to unlock insights, shift minds and deliver outcomes that matter. Over the past two decades, I’ve held senior Tier 2 roles including Deputy Chief Executive and General Manager across complex, values-driven organisations with revenue between $65–$100M. With significant lived experience as an executive, I understand the challenges that leaders face. I use this connection to help shape strategy, solve problems and create change that sticks. My leadership approach is grounded in pragmatism, empathy, and a deep understanding of systems change. I bring strength in aligning people, technology, process, and culture to organisational strategy—ensuring delivery with purpose and impact.
