I am currently leading the effort to map out all Project Execution workflows, including implementing a project scoping and estimating process to improve the ability to deliver realistic project budgets and schedules. I also serve as executive sponsor for the Women\'s Professional Network Employee Resource Group and am a member of the Retirement Investment Committee.
