   Leading the team within the Project Management Operating Function as they develop and steward policies, protocols, best practices, and tools to support sound, efficient, timely, and cost-effective management of projects. Collaborating with the leaders of the business areas and other leaders to determine appropriate project management personnel competencies and staffing, utilization, and expense levels. Since joining, I have grown the PMO from 8 to 20 Project Managers and Project Control Specialists, implemented an organization-wide Project Management Tool (MS Project Accelerator), and issued updated Project Management Best Practices. I am currently leading the effort to map out all Project Execution workflows, including implementing a project scoping and estimating process to improve the ability to deliver realistic project budgets and schedules. I also serve as executive sponsor for the Women\'s Professional Network Employee Resource Group and am a member of the Retirement Investment Committee.
