Partner with CEO and Leadership team to develop and manage a strategic agenda, lead or partner with members of the team to execute aligned initiatives achieving desired outcomes. Design short- and long-term organization structures and develop a business management cadence to drive accountability across a variety of key business metrics.• Lead the rebranding of the company, new website, messaging and marketing materials. Develop a marketing strategy and execution plan to support existing clients and expand the market awareness of Genz with key audiences driving additional business opportunities. Identify sales enablement opportunities, partner to implement process and system enhancements to expand capacity of the team, create workflow and enable growth through data driven solutions. • Act as a filter for the executive team to ensure CEO time is spent on strategic priorities, represent CEO as needed in meetings internally and with clients. Prepare meeting decks for the board, all hands, and executive strategy sessions. Ensure a consistent flow of internal communications to the Genz team.• Support client relations - including but not limited to development, onboarding, and opportunity presentation. Ensure the highest quality of work is produced by the larger team.
