Established and currently lead the IT PMO Strategy & Operations team responsible for transforming and maturing our project delivery capabilities. • Implemented a new Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Adaptive Project Management (APM) system providing enhanced visibility and transparency, leading to reduced project overruns, increased project throughput and efficiency, and optimization of portfolio spend through increased focus on value delivery. • Provide process and tool support for IT’s Agile Transformation Initiative, including development of the strategic roadmap and operational plan, new processes and tools, and team development through training and strategic hires. • Lead the development of IT PMO processes and functions, serving as a conduit for communication across the broader IT organization.
