   I am a Real Estate Investor/builder/developer located in New York City.I specialize in Joint Venture Real Estate Investment deals both residential and commercial.Some of the deals I have joint ventured-in are short and some are long term.For instance: Multi-Family Projects, Vacant Lots/ Developments, Tax Liens, and Mixed-Used Properties.
