My goal as an Owner’s Representative is to make every project a collaborative experience. In order to deliver a project on schedule and within budget, you must understand the client, their goals and be able to adjust plans as priorities evolve. Through effective communication and attention to detail, I am able to guide the client through the Planning, Design & Construction process – from scope definition and capital funding allocation to project closeout and move-in.Over the past 14+ years, I have worn many hats (General Contractor, Owner and Consultant), which has allowed me to understand the varying stakeholder perspectives. Through these different roles, I’ve been able to quickly adapt to various construction projects types (renovation, expansion, equipment upgrades and TI), while simultaneously growing my building code and business acumen. Every project plays a role in an organizations growth and should be treated accordingly; there is no project too big or small. With this mindset and management style, I previously averaged $30 million+ in construction per year on a 2 million square foot hospital campus, assisted a major healthcare system in reconciling 6 years’ worth of capital budget dollars across 5 campuses and closed out $5 million of legacy LTACH and senior living expansion/renovation projects.
