Program & Project Management Overview- Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints by developing and managing robust project plans via Smartsheet. Host weekly team meetings and establish channels for collaborative communication- Lead large project teams through all phases of an implementation, including kickoff, planning, requirements & road mapping workshops, RFI/RFP, discovery, design, development & integrations via JIRA, QA & UAT testing, training, change management, release, hypercare, knowledge transfer to support, and post-mortem- Manage cross-functional workstreams such as Engineering/DevOps, Product/Digital, UX, Marketing, Finance, Hardware/Infra, Legal/Compliance, Procurement, Operations, Brand, VOC, Training, Change Management, Vendor Management, GTM, and any other impacted verticals- Facilitate executive and stakeholder alignment by effectively communicating project progress, liaising with sponsors, vendors, and third parties to ensure transparency and buy-in on a weekly basis- Track resource progress against the plan, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and understood, dependencies are monitored, and accountability is enforced via RACI to meet deadlines and deliver consistently. Identify risks and maintain the RAID log, putting appropriate mitigation plans in place, removing blockers, and escalating when needed- Encourage collaboration, support change management, influence without authority, and mentor others when needed. Partner with Program Governance to ensure proper standards are defined and consistently followed.
