Three years as an ASM at both the Somerset Collection and 12 Oaks Mall before being promoted to SM of Briarwood Mall. The Store Manager is responsible for offering guests excellent service every day. The Store Manager is expected to help the staff conduct themselves according to PANDORA values, practice PANDORA Selling Conversations, and follow Manual guidelines on store appearance, personal appearance, and behavior. • Oversees an assigned Division of Responsibility to ensure the store is in compliance with the Manual and Guidelines within their DOR. • DOR Focus: Brand and Fan Experience; The Brand DOR is the captain of visual merchandising and floorsets. Bi-weekly reports are run to see what top sellers are, and window displays are changed to keep the store looking fresh while also attracting customers to best sellers as well as new merchandise. • Assists in achieving the retail targets set out in the annually approved Business Plan, which will be established no later than December for the following year. • Implementation of retail concepts in the store.(KPI focus, SMART action plans, Monthly Development Plans, Key Behavior Models, monthly touch bases, inventory, traffic and sales reports, survey analysis etc.) • Fan Experience DOR responsibilities include but are not limited to: Survey score reports weekly to ensure 100% overall satisfaction and meeting company standards in friendliness, making the guest feel comfortable, offering assistance etc. Active in customer sales lead roles periodically throughout the day to provide guests with the best customer service and making sure that associates are following each step of Pandora Spark conversations. • Ensures respect for guests and provides them with exceptional service. • Builds repeat business by focusing on positive customer rapport and creating team clientele binders. • Assists in developing and coaching store staff members.

I am an avid collector of Pandora, and have been lucky enough to work with the brand for what is now 10+ years with 8 of that being at a manager level! Being able to take my experience with Pandora to new heights is super exciting and a long imagined dream of mine.
