I am a licensed insurange agent appointed with more than 15 personal lines insurance carriers. I am trained and knowledgeable in using each carriers’ platform to quote new business, endorse existing policies and review billing for clients. Having training and knowledge in the insurance industry has enabled me to become proficient in explaining the complexities of insurance to consumers. In addition, as a competent licensed insurance agent I provides guidance, assess insurance situations, make changes to policies, and write new business in following categories of personal lines insurance: a) Home, b) Auto, c) Recreational Vehicles, d) Motorcycle, e) Watercraft, f) Collector, g) Umbrella, h) Inland Marine, i) Dwelling/Fire, j) Farm, and k) Renters. Part of being a successful Client Advisor for my dedicated customer “book-of-business” is being genuine in caring for their insurance needs. I do this by listening attentively to their lifestyle while conducting insurance policy renewal reviews. Insurance renewal reviews with clients are done to ascertain if changes occurred during the year that would impact a client’s current insurance policy. Also, it allows me to evaluate current coverages, if necessary, suggest and discuss optimum coverages specifically for that client. In whole, as a Client Advisor I identify and resolve complex matters that affect a person’s personal lines insurance protection, I act as a key point person for a medium-large book of business, I am accountable for retaining business, growing sales within an existing client base, and generating new business revenue. I provide prompt and professional customer service, and excel at developing long-term business relationships through integrity, truth, and knowledge.
