Coordinated the drafting and managed the publication of the companion agency-level handbook, which is used as a textbook for systems engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2011).Manage the production of agency policy documents for the Strategic Infrastructure Division. Teamed with many technical experts in the division to accomplish:• Documentation that increased safety on the flight line. Our team suggested a compliance matrix format to enable Headquarters to track compliance for a paradigm shift to behaviors more in line with FAA standards.• Documentation increasing NASA’s compliance with federal standards for implementation of the NASA Environmental Protection Act.• First agency policy document and companion handbook establishing master planning of facilities at NASA as a discipline. Our team created graphics that have been widely reused to communicate a basic understanding of what that discipline is.
