ABOUT LINA MILLER

I bring over 25 years of experience building high-impact fundraising programs for mission-driven NGOs, with a deep commitment to nature conservation, climate solutions, environmental advocacy, human rights, and social justice. Most recently at Earthjustice—a national environmental law organization with 700+ staff and a $200 million annual budget—I created a best-in-class national major gifts strategy and built a team that helped triple the organization’s size and supported a $900 million campaign.Earlier in my career, I grew major donor programs at The Nature Conservancy, a $1.8 billion global nonprofit. I’ve spent decades building trusted partnerships with Fortune 500 executives, philanthropic leaders, and high-net-worth individuals to advance ambitious missions at scale.Now, I’m entering a new chapter. I’m launching a consultancy focused on helping nonprofits grow through deep, values-aligned philanthropic relationships.As the founder of Miller Impact Collective, my passion centers around channeling my fundraising leadership experience into strategies designed to help non-profit organizations unlock powerful new funding streams, improve fiscal sustainability, and optimize donor engagement.
