A nerd and a dreamer, I like to explore the impossible with one foot in practical reality. What interests me: 1) humane tech, 2) the space where one\'s inner world meets the outer world (#1 and #2 might not need to be mutually exclusive!) I hopelessly geek out over complex apps and processes. I strive to balance users\' needs and the organization\'s resource & capacity. I creatively combine experience in business management, organization development, and eco-therapy with an intimate understanding of (models of) human development. I am one of the creative minds behind the MAP platform (Vertical Development Academy’s assessment administration, scoring, coaching, and analytic platform) and help conceptualize and give reality to its technical possibilities. I love building community and bringing people together. I designed, organized and hosted events and programs that intersected areas of business development, intercultural exchange, and personal and professional development. I am fun to work with and I also am quite intense for many people. No kidding! Just ask my friends, colleagues, supervisors, and clients. Current: completing the Integral U coaching certificate program from The Coaching Centre, and completing the Leadership Maturity Coaching certificate program from VeDA (using Susanne Cook-Greuter\'s MAP instrument). Past: was a master coder & junior developmental analyst at Lectica, learned how to code adult assessments (Reflective Judgement Assessment), and worked on the development of a developmental dictionary.
