Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the management company and or owners association as described in their condo docs and by laws.• Provided network of licensed, bonded, fully insured contractors who have been vetted for good pricing and good work that is up to code Maintained and preserved the owner’s asset via expense control and revenue optimization. Accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, rent and condo dues collection, sending legal notices, process purchase and rental applications, assist in preparing annual property budget. Responsible for accurate record keeping for current and past resident files.
