As an Account Manager and Division Lead with TEKsystems, I am responsible for building client relationships, understanding the Washington, DC labor market and consulting with clients to implement the most effective talent attraction and retention strategies. In addition to that, I am responsible for driving applications divisional growth in the DC market, developing and leading a team of Account Managers and assisting them with account strategy and delivery.
