WORK HISTORY
Real Estate Professional @Coldwell Banker Realty
Cincinnati, OH, US
I work with clients who wish to sell their home by partnering with them and my incredible team at Coldwell Banker Realty. I bring state of the art technology to make the sales process easy and seamless, and a Premium Marketing Plan that offers a featured web presence of the property to over 150 websites including the top real estate search websites, personal internet marketing, door to door marketing and walk through opportunities. Blending exceptional marketing, correct price positioning, and desirable condition of the property equals a quick sale for the seller every time!I also enjoy helping buyers find that special home that fits their needs and lifestyle. Beginning with a buyer consultation to make sure we are on the same page and I am working hard to find the property that meets YOUR criteria. This creates a great partnership that saves the buyer time, money and definitely lessens the amount of stress that is naturally apart of one of the most important decisions made in a lifetime.
