With a background in services marketing, it was important to me that, whatever my career, I saw value in what I was developing, managing, and selling. It couldn\'t be to simply market for more shelf space for a box of mac and cheese. If I was going to commit my efforts, it needed to mean something bigger for me. As a parent who is passionate about safe outcomes that positively influence student achievement, it only makes sense that my career at Kelly unfolded the way it did.When I started working at Kelly, I watched my sister, a substitute teacher, struggle with the inefficiencies and dissatisfaction of her job search. A proposed plan for Kelly to solve this problem, leveraging its 40 year expertise in recruitment, turned into a real solution for both substitute teachers and the schools they serve. A few months later, I led the product development and launch of Kelly Educational Staffing, now Kelly Education - new ground for us and for schools across the U.S.Almost 20 years later, and multiple product development and product management roles, I\'ve loved supporting the Education practice. Schools need comprehensive solutions when it comes to finding, employing, nurturing, and training true educators and non-instructional talent who love what they do.As a vice president responsible for product development for our SETT business unit, I’m now investing my efforts to turn ideas into something that both our SETT customers and talent value.OTF’er, advocate for student mental health, photographer-wannabe for my kids’ sports, seer of the brightside
