Prepares and/or reviews of footnote disclosures, management discussion and analyses, statement of cash flows, in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations (10-K, 10–Q, 8-K, DEF 14A) using Workiva. Provides oversite and leadership of Shared Services team and work production. Review monthly calculation of basic and diluted earnings per share; Review calculation of outstanding common shares and treasury share figures for regular NYSE reports. Prepare commentary and analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated balance sheets. Monitor completion of monthly financial close checklists to ensure compliance with SOX controls. Preparation of an 8-K/A, opening balance sheets entries, and purchase price allocations for a $5.6 billion acquisition.
