Lead work on Digital Farming Platform, a set of agronomic services using AI, IoT, Data Science, and e-Commerce to help the world\'s farmers sustainably increase their productivity. • Lead multiple cross-functional scrum teams as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe 6 framework. • Define and deliver projects of varying size and complexity that support and grow the e-Commerce purchase path of Climate LLC worldwide. • Implement best-in-class Salesforce products, matched with industry-specific custom workflows and interfaces to provide an exemplary experience and value to growers and dealers of any size, worldwide. • Directly and indirectly manage multiple concurrent projects. • Deliver projects with a measurable improvement in customer (internal and external) experience. • Manage vendor relationships and deliverables. • Teach and Promote agile development principles and practices. • Build and nourish teams focused on relentless improvement. • Evangelize the adoption of SAFe across the organization, leading through influence. • Guide & Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Epic Owners within the Agile Release Train (ART) to successfully transition to new roles and responsibilities as defined within SAFe 6. • Lead formal internal training sessions to broaden and deepen organizational knowledge and adoption of agile and SAFe practices. • Influence the direction and adoption/tailoring of specific aspects of SAFe across the organization.
