Technology Operations Delivery previously the Enterprise Delivery TeamFrom October 2019 to September 2023, the Enterprise Delivery Team played a pivotal role as a key delivery partner, managing obligations under BS11 (RBNZ Outsourcing Policy). This policy required all major banks in New Zealand to operate independently on a stand-alone basis.Key Responsibilities:Led the technical change management component across 23 workstreams.Developed integrated change plans, backout plans, and risk assessments, ensuring change compliance.Managed and resolved change conflicts.Provided expert guidance and support on change management to the Enterprise Delivery Team and stakeholders.From October 2023 to now, my role has expanded. I am now part of the Nga Tapuwae Project team in the Tech Foundation team.As part of the Tech Foundation team, I collaborated with Transition and Migration teams to ensure timely completion of all Service Transition approvals, meeting project schedules. My key responsibilities are:• Delivering all Tech Service Transition requirements and approvals for R1A.• Streamlining coordination of artefacts to reduce duplication during Service Transition processes.• Managing internal Cloud and On-Prem approval workflows.• Initiating Master Delivery Records (MDRs) early to remove them from the critical path in the Service Transition process.• Completing ADF applicability matrices for MDRs with evidence trackers.• Collaborating with the Cloud Business Office and Cloud First Line teams to refine and streamline internal Cloud approval processes for R1A.• Reviewing Workstream Deliverables to assist teams in efficiently meeting requirements.• Supporting the Pilot Triage Team to ensure successful project outcomes.
