About Lenora Ridley
I served on active duty in the Army as an Air Defense Artillery officer for 11 years, worked as an aerospace manufacturing program manager at Collins Aerospace and Fiber Dynamics for three years, and now I work in business development at Lockheed Martin. I am also an Inspector General (IG) officer for the US Army Reserve. As an IG, I teach and train commands on Army regulations and policies, inspect, investigate, and provide assistance to soldiers and anyone affiliated with the Army.I have experience working in a variety of different roles and I developed a diverse set of skills. I am a skilled planner and strategic thinker, and I thrive in collaborative environments. I enjoy teamwork and applying my talents towards my organization\'s mission accomplishment. I am very comfortable with administrative work and performing in both leadership and supportive roles. When I\'m not at work, I love baking, knitting, working out, and being a mom.
