ABOUT LENIN PINTO

As a seasoned Product and Program Manager, I bring a dynamic blend of leadership, agile methodologies, and a rich background in both engineering and science to every project I undertake. My career in technology has been a journey through various roles, from development to management, allowing me to amass a broad portfolio of skills. My passion for innovation extends beyond the professional realm; outside of work, music is my sanctuary. I am an avid musician, performing monthly as part of a Beatles Cover Band and otherwise delving into the intricate melodies of Renaissance classical music. My expertise span a range of instruments, including the classical guitar, the piano, trumpet, and mandolin, complemented by proficiency in creative software like Adobe Suite, Canva, and various AI tools. Travel is another passion of mine, fueling my desire to explore different cultures, languages, and perspectives—whether for work or pleasure. Striving for fluency in conversational German and Spanish, in addition to my native English, I embody the spirit of a global citizen. My interests are as diverse, covering areas from History and human psychology to artificial neural networks and Physics. With a foundation in agile practices, product, and people management, I am not just a multilingual and multi-instrumentalist; I am a lifelong learner with a curious mind and a deep appreciation for the arts and sciences. Above all, I strive to be a force for good, both in the workplace and in the wider world, leveraging my knowledge and talents to make a positive impact fueled with positive energy, humor and optimism.
