Part of the core team behind KVIK’s large-scale digital transformation program, “FUTURE” – a comprehensive IT platform covering ERP, CRM, franchise dashboards, and one-button supplier purchasing. The system will represent a DKK 200M / EUR 26M investment when fully rolled out across 8 countries.I was key change management consultant, responsible for bridging the gap between the highly technical development team and the non-technical end-users – from the IT developpers through top management to franchisees and their in-store staff.Key contributions:Developed and authored a master playbook (“Implementation Plan”) over 6 months – covering roles, responsibilities, technical requirements, and success criteria from project initiation to go-live.Coordinated training, go-live timelines, data migration phases, and clean-up periods across multiple countries and departments.Created communication strategies and user-facing materials that clarified expectations, minimised resistance, and improved adoption.Acted as the central communication hub between HQ departments (IT Development, HR, Controlling, Accounting, Top Management) and franchisees in all 8 markets.During my tenure I was recognised for professionalism, integrity and quality, having built a change foundation, that allowed the organisation to move forward independently: “You did the job so well, you pretty much made yourself redundant!”
