Oversees curriculum development and execution of initiatives across multiple sites and functions • Develop a strong team, where synergy exists across multiple sites and areas of expertise, always providing the best training and development products possible.• Develop trainers in areas of curriculum development and facilitation skills.• Build solid partnerships with leadership (Supervisors, Managers, Senior Leadership and Human Resources) exceeding business needs and requirements for training initiatives.• Partner with Leadership and key stakeholders to clearly understand target audience and content needs to construct learning solutions.• Lead large scale training initiatives that support Global Supply Chain strategic projects which include competency leadership programs, systems and process training.• Partner with Instructional Designer to align on Trainer development needs and collaborate on development projects and goals.• Execute detailed and attainable project plans that include tracking, milestones, deliverables,owners and communication. • Partner with Instructional Designers to leverage all available channels of analytics to consistently review the accuracy and effectiveness of training and development materials.• Report and validate skills and competency gaps by creating and conducting needs analysis; articulate results to stakeholders and identify learning solutions.• Support L&D team in using metrics and systems to monitor, evaluate, and review the quality and effectiveness of learning programs for continuous improvement.• Consistently identify opportunities for learning programs based on feedback, emerging trends, and market research.
