Always providing a unique 439% in Knowledge, Hard Work and a genuine can-do AttitudeHi, my name is Genaro Graduated from the University of Southern California USC with a Master\'s degree in Instructional Design and Technology (May 2020) and I am currently working on my Doctorate on Educational Leadership w/ a concentration on Leading Change and Educational Psychology. Southern California Native, with a passion for creating inclusive content and developing strategies that will grow your business by empowering your #1 resource, your people. Former Classroom Teacher, currently a People leader in Operations, Project Management, and DE & I resource groups. Top 10 Percentile of team engagement and manager effectiveness leader, by balancing diverse relationships and efficacious game plans. Recently awarded Care Ambassador Award for Empathy (First Quarter, 2021). Future plans are to continue to create space for unexamined identities in education and the workplace. Free time is defined by my 10 nephews, 4 Siblings, and my mom. As long as it includes a good book, camping, live music, homework clinics, Disneyland, something we have never tried before, and the occasional TV binge.
