Leah Barga

Agency Owner @Upwork

An Upwork agency is a business that sells the services of multiple freelancers on Upwork. Me and my partner have created an echo system for freelancers from Upwork. This is something I\'ve always wanted to start and passionate about. I love getting to know and work with young talent from our very diverse world and I was surprised after realizing the broad experience as they have been in the business for many years, working with different individuals and companies. Figured, freelancers are more innovative and keep up to date with new ideas and technology, as well as being extremely receptive to suggestions. My team of freelancers have prove that they don’t need to physically present to provide quality work and flexible than a standard employee, and they are often available at short notice to fulfil a sudden demand that your business needs.
