Formerly with the French Ministry of Defense, I gained early exposure to high-stakes environments by participating in military operations in Africa—an experience that shaped my approach to leadership, decision-making, and crisis management.For over 30 years, I have built, scaled, and led business ventures across media, health & sport, and hospitality and tourism, creating brands and managing regional and international organizations in complex, fast-moving contexts.Since 2014, I have been leading UNICEO, an international network uniting corporate event leaders across 35+ countries. Alongside this, I run Altius Group, where I advise executives, entrepreneurs, and managers on corporate strategy, leadership effectiveness, performance, engagement, crisis management, and strategic communication, supporting them in improving collective performance through keynote conferences, executive education programs, strategic advisory work, and my book Altius: the 12 pillars of leadership.
