Assesses training needs by collaboratively working with client(s) to conduct needs analysis and support short and long-term business objectives through application of appropriate adult learning strategies, design, delivery, strategy, execution to support business objectives. Manages the day-to-day work of (13) direct reports. Completes formal performance reviews for staff and other HR administrative tasks as needed. Identifies OKR and KPI measurements to promote data driven evidence which supports training initiatives and customer needs. Adheres to budget, ensuring cost effective methods are utilized and business training needs are met. Manages vendor relationships. Oversees the development and/or execution of train-the-trainer tools and modules for training programs. Accountable for rolling out agile within selected projects. Committed to agile training and development of staff including agile mindset and tools. Currently attaining a professional coaching certification through Co-Active Training Institute.
