With over 15 years of experience managing complex, multi-year programs, my passion is to design and execute projects that create a culture of belonging, safety, and connections. In 2020, I was the recipient of the 2020 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 55+ Lifestyle Director of the Year Award for exemplary quality of programs and results that show high engagement with stakeholders. Building organizational culture internal to my own workplace has been equally important to me. I was appointed and serve as Chair of the 14-member Brighton Culture Committee responsible for leading collaborative work teams to solve client problems while creating a workplace culture of cooperation and connectedness. My focus has always been to build consensus amongst stakeholders, bringing empathy, leadership, and adaptability to each project, from inception to retrospective. I have developed and led dozens of national and international projects that demand continuous cross-functional communication and collaboration, problem solving, schedule and budget adherence, and quality control.Operations management has been intertwined in my role as Program Director in all my endeavors to create more seamless interaction with employees and clients. I direct my attention to all levels of process improvement, from creating department operational processes and procedures and new hire training manuals to collaborating with C-Suite to improve and optimize standards of quality.
