As Head of People Partnering & Engagement, I lead a team of ~five, delivering strategic and commercial HR & engagement support. I work in close partnership with senior leaders and the executive team, including the UK and International GMs, Marketing & Customer, Operations, and People leadership, to drive performance, capability, and organisational effectiveness.Alongside this, I am responsible for Internal Communications and Engagement, ensuring clear, consistent communication and strong alignment between leadership and colleagues across the business.I lead and oversee key cyclical people processes, including performance management & engagement, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities and consistently embedded across the organisation.My role focuses on embedding people strategy into business priorities, supporting leaders through change, and building high-performing, inclusive cultures.I oversee people partnering, engagement, and communication initiatives across the UK (including Guernsey), and the Netherlands, with regular travel to support business needs and strengthen relationships across regions.
