ABOUT LAURENCE ROSSI

As a Regional Marketing Manager in the in vitro diagnostics industry, I find fulfilment in activities that open the mind, encourage reflection, and stimule creativity. My professional style is marked by a calm demeanor, strategic insight, and trusted leadership. I excel at managing projects that require effective cross-functional collaboration—organising events, launching and monitoring campaigns, and driving account-based marketing. Reliable, organized, and analytical, with a deep understanding of the market and external and internal customer needs, I align marketing activities with overall corporate objectives in compliance with regulations, brand standards, and budgets. In my current role, I focus on demand generation, using a multichannel approach to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and patients about diagnostic testing for allergic and autoimmune diseases. This includes supporting sales teams with customised content and operations, as well as digital marketing initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, social media communication, and other information channels. Working mainly remotely, in both English and French, I enjoy meeting internal teams, customers, opinion leaders, partners, and suppliers—nothing replaces human contact.
