Dynamic sales leader with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for driving results. My journey began at a young age in the fast-paced restaurant industry, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and leadership. I then transitioned into the automotive industry, where I spent eight years in business development, sales, and management, sharpening my leadership skills and mastering the art of closing deals in a competitive environment. These experiences set the stage for my most recent role in software sales, where I crafted a hands-on B2B sales approach, traversing business development, partner/channel development, managing accounts as an AE, where I learned to fully manage the sales cycle.My strategy? It’s all about active listening and creative problem-solving! I’m always on the lookout for new ways to learn, grow, and improve my approach. I’m not afraid to take calculated risks or seek advice from those who excel in areas I have yet to master. For me, being part of a strong, diverse team is where the magic happens. Being in sales is not about selling \'my product\'; it\'s about finding a way to solve problems and not pushing unnecessary product for short-term personal gain. In my free time, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family playing games, music, whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, exploring the great outdoors of Tennessee and the beautiful smokies, and taking road trips. But all this fun takes a backseat every Saturday in the fall. Go Vols!
