Hi! I’m Lauren Ditka, Vice President & Chief of Staff at International, an award-winning design, development, and fabrication firm based on the South Side of Chicago. For the past 15 years, I\'ve had the pleasure of creating remarkable spaces and really cool shit for hospitality, retail, and commercial businesses around the world. I work closely with various stakeholders, from seasoned CEOs to Owners, Directors of Operations to Restaurant Managers, to first-time Entrepreneurs and Chefs. I help navigate their ideas, design goals, time, budget, build-out, and fabrication processes, as well as overseeing shipping, on-site installations, and construction. From pretty pictures to walking through the doors, and everything in between, I’m here to make your dream a reality. My diverse background in design, business development, and project management has equipped me with a holistic understanding of the industry. Whether it\'s a color-bomb juice bar, an indoor rotating carousel, a sports fan\'s dream store, or the ultimate destination to unwind, me and my team are dedicated to crafting environments that people come back to time and time again.
