Our industry-specific expertise means we can dive into business and technical challenges just as easily as we can help define strategic priorities and build longstanding innovation capabilities and partnerships.On any given day, you\'ll find me working on projects such as- Developing innovation portfolio management approaches for companies looking to support not only incremental improvements but also multi-horizon innovation aligned with strategic priorities such as net positive water- Accelerating the commercialization of potentially industry transforming technologies — such as technology-driven unlocks for copper supply (mining, recycling, substituting) to meet electrification and renewable energy goals — by working side-by-side with corporate innovation teams to identify and define opportunity areas, then connect and collaborate with partners including research institutions, internal engineering / R&D teams, and startups- Facilitating dialogues and building coalitions of industry leaders around movements shaping the future, such as responsible sourcing and clean energy expansion
